- The VPSpro Business Plan Software Subscription - Advantage provides all clients with a 10 day free trial of the VPSpro Financial Analysis and Business Plan Software. Once you have purchased a subscription to the software there will be no refund available on cancellation of the subscription as we feel we have allow ample time for clients to use the software and to be satisfied that it meets their requirements prior to purchase.
- Consulting & Tele-coaching Services - Consulting & tele-coaching services are based on purchases in hours of services available through our trained professional staff. Should you purchase a bundle that exceeds your needs, the excess hour(s) will be available for credit, less one hour, which, will be retained to cover administration and fees that may apply when applying a credit to your credit card. The hours actually used by you will be rounded up to the next highest hour before a refund is calculated.
- Seminars & Workshops - On cancellation of Seminars & Workshops all moneys prepaid will be refundable, less a $50 administration fee and any cost that have been incurred to the date of cancellation. This includes cancellation fees for travel arrangements or accommodation or any other costs that may have be occurred by Advantage to arrange for your pre-booked seminar or workshop.
- Products - Returns of products purchased from Advantage Venture Systems Inc. are refundable only on an authorized return. Shipping cost, taxes and other fees incurred are not refundable and if the product includes a billable service such as consulting we will use our Consulting & Tele-coaching Services policy for refund of the service portion cancellation.
- Advertising & Sponsorship - There will be no refunds for cancellation of advertising or sponsorship opportunities. Under special or extenuating circumstances Advantage will negotiate a fair settlement based on the particulars of each circumstance.
