Advantage is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, and take other reasonable steps to ensure the privacy and integrity of this information.
Data Security
To maintain the accuracy of the Data, as well as preventing from unauthorized access and ensuring the correct use of the Data, we have carried out appropriate physical, electronic and managerial measures to safeguard and secure the Data we collect online. We use 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates - an industry standard for encryption over the Internet, to protect the Data and all data is protected by ICSA approved firewalls on secure servers. When you type in sensitive information such as credit card details, it will be automatically converted into codes before being securely dispatched over the Internet.
The Data you provide us will be stored in a database for 90 days past the length of your membership or registration validity to avoid loss of valuable information, after which time the information will be destroyed.
User Name and Password Policy
Access to sensitive or proprietary business information on the VPSpro Web site is limited to customers, clients and vendors who have been determined to have an appropriate business reason for having access to such data and use of the VPSpro business softwares. All registered Web customers who are granted security access will be identified by a user name. All actions performed with a user name will be the responsibility of the user's registered owner.
Individuals who are granted password access to restricted information on the VPSpro Web site are prohibited from sharing those passwords with or divulging those passwords to any third parties. Users will notify us immediately in the event a user name or password is lost or stolen or if User believes that a non-authorized individual has discovered the user name or password.

- Never give out your user name or password.
- Your password should be changed immediately if someone else identifies it.
The User is required to contact Advantage's Administration department if there are any changes in personnel accessing our Web site (ex., employee leaving company).
Advantage will not be responsible for any damages caused by the unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password.
Your Choice
You always have ultimate choice and control of the Data we store, as well as the types of information you would like to receive from us. When you register as a user of the VPSpro business plan software and resources, you will have the choice of receiving, or not receiving, promotional materials from us. We will occasionally send you email updates about our latest products and services, as well as special offers to those who subscribe to such services. Should you decide not to receive any email updates from us, feel free to unsubscribe to these services by updating your profile or contacting our administration department.
Use of Cookies
